Davison’s Doodle is written and managed by Rev. Michael A. Davison, Jr. I am an ordained minister with standing within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). I was ordained into Christian ministry in Nov. 1991, at First Christian Church in Lubbock TX, by the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the Southwest.
I serve on staff with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Oklahoma.
My companion through life is Rev. Dr. Lisa W. Davison. She is a First Testament biblical scholar, ordained minister, and keeps me grounded. We are child-free by choice, enjoy the ocean breeze, and think of ourselves as “foodies.” Lisa is a faculty member at Phillips Theological Seminary.
