As I watched President Trump take the oath of office today I recall that many blame former President Obama for the division in this country. \u00a0We now have our own oligarch. \u00a0As I recall, Senator McConnell and other GOP leaders planned to obstruct and stand against anything that Obama wanted to do to help America evolve our economy and political system that benefits everyone. \u00a0When you look at the electoral map you see the new confederacy. \u00a0It is a long game they have played.<\/p>\n
It is important to remember that it is the GOP that drove the division and the economic pain that many continue to feel in order to claim power in States and in the halls of Congress and now in the White House. Media Matters notes all this.<\/p>\n
